Requirements - The Ideal Candidate Must Have: * 2-5 years' prior experience in project management, implementation, operations, change management, business development, consulting, or a related commercial or project management role, within the healthcare industry. * Demonstrated experience of independently managing multiple complex projects in parallel involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. * A background in the use of project management tools or methodologies. * Strong analytical skills, including Excel capability and experience analysing commercial or operational data. * An ability to build clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal leaders and external partners. * Comfort working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being developed, and a curiosity to experiment with new approaches to tracking progress. * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
