## About the Role

* Active Secret or Higher-Level Security Clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (Bachelor of Science (BS) shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program)
 * Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
 * Must have experience in collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
 * Must be able to analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
 * Must be able to develop solutions to problems.
 * Must be able to prepare recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
 * Must be able to prepare and solve mathematical models.

This is an on-site 5-days a week position, with one day optional telework. Core working hours are 0900 - 1500.
Minimal travel is required for Program Increment Planning, occuring four times per year, one week each.
Desired Qualifications:

 * Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
 * Experience with ServiceNow applications
 * Experience with ADO
 * Experience with Technical projects
 * Experience with Leading and facilitating teams
 * Experience with Communicating technical details to stakeholders
 * Experience with Problem Solving
