Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer hardware. * Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. ## Description We are currently seeking a DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN for our PLEASANTON, CA office. This entry-level position provides in-person and remote 1st tier IT support across all offices. As the initial contact for IT support services, the selected candidate will have patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Each member of our IT team works collaboratively and understands the importance of their role in maintaining a successful, growing and profitable firm. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is required to be onsite five days per week at our Pleasanton, CA office.
