OR Any combination of related education, experience, certifications, and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting public-sector, municipal, or other highly regulated organizations. * Experience creating, reviewing, and validating test scenarios, test scripts, and user acceptance testing materials. * Experience collaborating with technical teams on Oracle integration design and data exchange patterns.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle HCM integration, orchestration, and automation, particularly Benefits-related data exchanges and vendor connectivity. The role supplements internal ERP support by providing advanced Oracle HCM and Benefits expertise for complex projects, optimization initiatives, and specialized technical-functional solution design. Reporting to the HR Systems & Analytics Manager, the contractor collaborates closely with the internal ERP team and produces sustainable documentation that supports technical feasibility, long-term maintainability, quarterly releases, and future regulatory or compliance-related changes.
