Technical & Networking Skills * IP Networking: Configuring static IPs, subnet masks, gateways, and DNS settings. * Print Protocols: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, raw port 9100, LPR/LPD, and IPP. * Network Scanning: Setting up SMBv3, FTP, and secure SMTP authentication for Scan-to-Email. * Security Standards: Configuring SSL/TLS certificates, 802.1X authentication, and hard drive encryption. * Driver Management: Installing and troubleshooting PCL6 and PostScript drivers across enterprise print servers. Hardware & Mechanical Skills * Electromechanical Repair: Replacing rollers, fuser units, laser assemblies, and transfer belts. * Diagnostic Tools: Using multimeters to test voltage, continuity, and circuit boards. * Schematic Reading: Interpreting complex wiring diagrams and technical service manuals.
