## Description

As a lead marketing process analyst on the Personal Lines Direct Media team, you'll optimize our advertising budget and drive key business outcomes. In this role, you'll focus on Pay-per-click (PPC) media experiences, analyzing performance across channels to monitor results, uncover trends, and identify the root causes of performance shifts. You'll collaborate with leading vendors and internal teams to test, iterate, and enhance media investments, all while improving advertising efficiency. Additionally, you'll manage budget allocation, monitor spend run rates, and lead in-market testing to optimize large-scale media investments. Your work will directly impact on Progressive's success, as small improvements can translate into significant financial results.
