## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure for industrial or data center projects
 * Strong track record negotiating water supply and wastewater agreements
 * Deep knowledge of US water policy, rights, and regulatory frameworks
 * Experience with NPDES, industrial pre-treatment, or decentralized wastewater systems
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
 * Strong commercial, technical, and written communication skills
 * Civil or Environmental Engineering background, Data center or cooling infrastructure experience, Water recycling / zero liquid discharge systems. Multi-state permitting experience

* Evaluating water supply risk prior to site acquisition,

 * Coordinate across development, engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure water infrastructure never delays project timelines.
 * You will lead all water-related workstreams,
