Nice to haves but not required: * Experience supporting new aerospace product introduction or transitioning hardware from development to operational use, particularly in high-rate or scaling environments. * Experience authoring and executing test procedures, including acting as a test conductor for system-level verification or large mechanical assemblies and crane operations. * Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management systems. * Familiarity with hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or test execution involving pressurized or high-risk environments. * Experience in fast-paced or lean environments, including collaboration with production and test sites, tool development, or leading small teams through complex build or test efforts. * Availability for travel to production and test sites supporting Terran R development.
