## About the Role

* You should have experience managing all development activities from start to finish. This includes monitoring how reliable and proficient our internal systems are. You will also suggest improvements when necessary. You will ensure compliance with security regulations while managing software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
 * 12+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of successful development and delivery of complex, enterprise-class software that results in material market impact
 * Recent experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and managing teams
 * Experience building and/or contributing to a component library
 * Knowledge of coding and designing with Angular
 * Experience using design systems to drive library design
 * An affinity for writing high-performance, reusable code for components that will be used across an entire platform
 * An interest in creating an inclusive and accessible user experience following WCAG compliance standards
 * Proven critical thinking, advanced analytical skills, and qualities
 * Solid consulting skills and diplomatic conflict management skills
 * A deep sense of ownership and drive
 * System design and architecture experience with large complex systems
 * Deep knowledge of data structures and programming
 * Solid comprehension of agile software development lifecycle

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
