## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET architecture and programming.
 * 8+ years of experience with Microsoft web service architecture and programming.
 * 8+ years of experience designing and supporting business-to-business web service interfaces.
 * 5+ years of experience using Visual Studio 2019 or newer.
 * 8+ years of experience with .NET, C#.NET, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
 * 8+ years of experience developing applications against relational database management systems using SQL.
 * 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
 * 7+ years of professional experience supporting State Government projects.
 * Strong application troubleshooting, production support, testing, and release-management experience.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and coordinate across technical, business, and vendor teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Microsoft Visio.
 * Experience supporting mission-critical business applications.
 * Experience collaborating with external software vendors.
 * Experience coordinating internal application releases with vendor release cycles.
 * Microsoft technical certifications.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline with at least eight years of relevant experience.

OR

 * A minimum of ten years of directly related professional experience.

## Description

* Monitor and analyze interfaces between the Celtic Motor Carrier System and the Phoenix core business system.
 * Lead the investigation and troubleshooting of assigned application and interface issues.
 * Recommend effective technical solutions for system defects and operational problems.
 * Design, code, test, promote, and implement application and interface enhancements.
 * Coordinate with impacted users to verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
 * Provide production support for Celtic-Phoenix system interfaces.
 * Work closely with I3 Verticals and internal business units to resolve application and integration issues.
 * Coordinate internal release cycles with vendor release schedules.
 * Maintain clear technical and process documentation.
 * Provide daily and weekly status reports to the Development Manager and Business Manager.
 * Work independently while communicating effectively with technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
