## About the Role

* 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure.
 * Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, or Rust,
 * Excellent coding skills, deep understanding of AWS cloud constructs and architecture, algorithms, and strong debugging capabilities.
 * Design, build, and maintain a large-scale production system on the cloud, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
 * Be able to build systems from the ground up, in a 0 1 fashion.
 * A passion for building scalable, reliable systems that enable high-quality feature development.

Nice to have:

 * Experience or a strong interest in infrastructure-as-code tools (Pulumi is a plus).
 * Experience with distributed systems, authentication, and developer tooling.
 * Degree in computer science
 * Background in blockchain or DeFi
 * Love for unicorns :)

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that support all shared services at Uniswap Labs.
 * Write high quality and well tested code, and review code from other team members.
 * Provide guidance and technical leadership to peers in navigating architectural and coding tradeoffs.
 * Take charge of driving strategic technical initiatives across engineering pods that impact the entire engineering organization.
 * Improve developer productivity and system reliability through automation and best practices.
