The Developer III - Application Development is considered a Senior Developer position and is responsible for offering guidance to junior personnel., 1. Gather project requirements and document business solutions. 2. Execute full lifecycle of software development (Agile/DevOps). 3. Communicate efficiently/effectively with all internal/external business entities. 4. Create well designed, testable efficient code. 5. Assist in generating test cases for new and existing applications. 6. Design, develop and implement software independently or within a team. 7. Serve as a subject matter expert in key businesses projects. 8. Conduct code reviews and provider manful feedback. 9. Analyze software errors to define and create tools that help mitigate problems. 10. Train Team Members in coding standards and best practices. 11. Collaborate with team members and contribute ideas for improving development workflows. 12. Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines). 13. Conduct systems test before releasing software. 14.
