## About the Role

* FP&A experience either through direct experience or through working with stakeholders
 * Experience building models from the ground up using Adaptive best practices, with very little supervision
 * Strong process documentation and training experience, * 3 to 5+ years of Workday Adaptive experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles, with a strong track record of driving system improvements and supporting complex planning and reporting processes.
 * Experience leading or contributing to an Adaptive implementation is required.
 * Experience with integrations between Adaptive and other enterprise financial applications, including SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
 * Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus.
 * Experience with a high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SAAS company is also a plus.
