* 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
 * Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
 * Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
 * Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
 * Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.
 * Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
 * Proficiency in SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
 * Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOP concepts, and multithreading.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

 * Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
 * Experience with Hibernate and JPA.
 * Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
 * Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK Stack, or Grafana., * Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices., * Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Java applications.

 * Develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot.
 * Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
 * Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
