 * 1+ years of experience with Identity Resolution & Merge Policies.
 * 1+ years of experience with Audience Segmentation.
 * 1+ years of experience with Adobe Web SDK / Adobe Launch.
 * 1+ years of experience with REST APIs.
 * 1+ years of experience with SQL / Query Service.
 * 1+ years of experience with Batch & Streaming Data Ingestion.
 * 1+ years of experience with Journey Personalization & Offer.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * Adobe certifications in AJO, AEP, or RTCDP are preferred.

## Description

* Design and develop Event-Based and Audience Qualification Journeys.
 * Configure Email, SMS, Push Notification, In-App, and Web Channel campaigns.
 * Implement Offer Decisioning, Dynamic Content, Personalization, and Content Templates.
 * Configure Journey Entry/Exit Criteria, Decision Splits, and Journey Orchestration.
 * Support Journey Testing, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Production Deployment.
 * Collaborate with business and marketing teams to convert requirements into scalable customer journeys.
 * Develop and maintain XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Namespaces, and Merge Policies.
 * Configure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP/RTCDP).
 * Build and support Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion pipelines.
 * Design audience segmentation and profile activation strategies.
 * Implement identity resolution and profile stitching.
 * Ensure compliance through DULE policies, consent management, and data governance.
 * Create and manage Connections and Data Views.
 * Build dashboards, reports, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
 * Analyze customer journey performance and campaign effectiveness.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to derive actionable insights from customer behavior.
