## About the Role

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Red Team Software Developer., * Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) Experience.

 * Experience with Command and Control frameworks / capabilities, especially Cobalt Strike.
 * Experience with advanced red team / offensive cyber operations
 * Desired skills/certifications: Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP), Advanced Windows Exploitation/ Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) ., * U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required. ( Highly qualified candidates with a Secret Clearance may also be considered.)
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
 * 10+ years combined education/experience in software development, systems engineering, offensive security or cyber operations.
 * 3+ years of experience with C/C++/C# software development, including expertise in red team / offensive cyber operations capability development for Windows.
 * Development and use of Command-and-Control (C2) frameworks/capabilities, especially Cobalt Strike.
 * Ability to pass the Advanced Cyber Red Team Senior Developer Aptitude Test (SDAT) prior to onboarding.
 * Willingness and ability to travel 15% (CONOCONUS)

U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required. ## Description

* Designing and developing penetration testing / red team operations capabilities to help validate the security of our nation's most critical systems, including performing reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
 * Leveraging your expertise with C2 tools like Cobalt Strike to deliver integrated capabilities to maximize our red team operator's ability to achieve mission objectives.
 * Quickly crafting new scripts and capabilities to directly support active red team operations to ensure they have the capabilities they need for mission success.
 * Working hand-in-hand with our expert operations team to ensure mission-aligned design and development of long-term capabilities to enable their continued mission success.
