* Direct daily technical operations and support for health insurance claims and encounter processing systems.
 * Oversee incident management and ticket escalation to ensure rapid resolution of production issues.
 * Coordinate technical releases, readiness reviews, and post-implementation performance monitoring.
 * Manage external vendor delivery schedules and enforce software development standards.
 * Ensure system compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements and administrative safety standards.
 * Perform backlog grooming and manage change control approval gates for application enhancements.
 * Implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation for new system deployments.
