You care deeply about the builder's real-world workflow, and you bring attention to detail and craft to a complex, production-grade codebase. You have: * 5+ years of experience shipping production web applications. Bonus points if you've worked on a product targeting SMB or prosumer customers, or have dealt with complex permissions and access models in a multi-tenant system * Professional expertise across TypeScript, React, and Redux. You're comfortable with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD workflows * A bias towards movement, making decisions, and keeping things moving without needing a perfectly scoped ticket to get started * Strong product instincts, you can identify the right scope and push back on over-engineering. * Ability to build trust beyond Engineering by communicating clearly and know how to earn credibility with sales, implementation, and CS teams A major plus if you also bring: * Familiarity with WebGL, 3D graphics, or geometric modeling * Experience working in a startup environment where scope shifts and prioritization is fluid While we've identified the core experience and skills required above, please still apply if you have more or different experience than this! We will use your previous experience and performance across the series of interviews to establish appropriate level within our organization in a fair and equitable way. ## Description Higharc's Ready-to-Build functionality is moving from concept to active customer motion. To support this transition and growth, we're hiring Frontend-leaning Sr. Full Stack Engineers who sit within the Studio team and own the Ready to Build product experience. What You'll Do In this role, you'll deliver new models be the established technical counterpart for the Ready-to- Build sales and implementation teams.
