Are you an IT leader, skilled in RPG development and looking for a new challenge? Join a leading high-tech manufacturing company in Cincinnati, OH, renowned for designing, engineering, fabricating, and manufacturing precision parts and tooling products. Our client is seeking a dynamic professional with solid leadership experience as well as RPG development skills on a direct hire basis. This person will have an amazing opportunity to guide and support the modernization of critical business applications., * Fluent with RPG Free programming.

 * Experience using Built-In functions, Service Programs and Subprocedures.
 * Solid knowledge programming languages commonly used in web applications.
 * Existing Source Code - follow current logic when modifying existing programs.
 * Manufacturing industry experience (preferred but not required).

## Description

* Provide team leadership and support for various IT initiatives.
 * Lead full-cycle application development including: planning, programming, testing and implementation.
 * Implement and troubleshoot complex programming changes and modifications.
 * Identify problems or potential problems with systems and/or clients.
 * Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
