## About the Role

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required
 * Demonstrated experience in Scrum methodologies and/or Agile frameworks
 * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field

 * Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points if you have:

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to lead and manage design and development activities
 * Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials
 * Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation

Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

## Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer (SE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and leadership in systems engineering, with a proven track record in similar roles or contracts.

What you'll do:

 * Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities
 * Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables
 * Develop technical and system documentation
 * Plan system development and interact with government officials
 * Review and approve system engineering documentation
 * Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems
 * Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis
