## About the Role

* 2-3+ years of tier I & II support experience, supporting a Microsoft environment with O365 and AD groups
 * MIM or Incident Response/Alert experience preferred, or at least the right mindset and level of communication and detail to execute on a MIM
 * Great communication skills to interact directly with internal and external users
 * Ability to work an on-call rotation

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 * Jira experience, or experience with another ticketing system
 * Experience with AWS Workspaces and/or AppStream
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree is nice to have

## Description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an IT Solutions Analyst to join their team as a remote resource. This successful resource will be responsible for providing internal and external user support for software related issues., * Support Microsoft AD, Office 365, and other related software

 * Provide Major Incident Management (MIM) response work
 * Support users via ticketing system, email, and live calls
 * Provide support for hardware, software, password resets, and authentication tasks
 * Document incidents for Major Incident Management
 * Work with Hubspot for ticketing and Jira to route tickets
