Qualifications: * Azure certification preferred, such as Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. * Hands-on experience supporting .NET applications, React front-end applications, or comparable modern web application stacks. * Experience working in Azure or comparable cloud platforms. * Experience with Windows Server and IIS administration, certificate security, WAF configuration. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. * Experience working in a mixed legacy and modern environment preferred. ## Description Support and help lead the modernization of the CITI Program LMS platform, including release engineering, cloud delivery, environment automation, and performance improvement for a mixed legacy and modern application stack. This role works closely with the development team to improve how applications are built, deployed, monitored, and scaled. The environment includes .NET applications running on IIS, a React-based learner experience, and a shared SQL Server backend.
