Pay is $23-$25/hr on a W2 basis with no paid time off or benefits. You will be expected to report to the office 2-3 days per week. IT Generalist In this role you will provide management information system user support on a continuing basis either by phone or site visit for the organization. You will troubleshoot end-user problems as well as analyze and design software modifications to meet users' needs. May also develop and conduct training programs for software/hardware users. Responsible for day-to-day local remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
