* High mechanical and technical ability
 * Knowledge and understanding of beverage systems and equipment and concepts to troubleshooting equipment
 * Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration operation
 * Excellent communication/phone skills
 * Ability to work under pressure and dealing with irate customers/ agents
 * Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-starter
 * General knowledge of computers, excel, word, access ETC.., * High school diploma required / technical school / collage helpful
 * 3 plus years of field technical experience /working within the beverage industry preferred
 * General Computer knowledge

## Description

* Technical phone support /interaction with customers and service technicians resolving issues/repairs as being reported
 * Assisting customer, sales and technicians with various of question on parts / equipment
 * Processing warranty claims and warranty orders / working with planers and logistic
 * Researching part numbers, drawings, BOM ETC within the system
 * Reporting quality or production issues.
 * Testing or inspection of parts / equipment.
