## Description

As an IT Field Services Technician, you'll travel throughout New York State supporting large-scale IT refresh projects while building practical experience with computer deployment, hardware installation, asset management, and end-user support.

Responsibilities of the IT Field Services Technician will include:

 * Install and configure laptops, desktops, thin clients, monitors, and peripheral devices.
 * Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
 * Complete inventory management and asset documentation before and during equipment deployment.
 * Travel to locations throughout New York State to complete scheduled IT refresh projects.
 * Provide professional, customer-focused support while working with end users and client staff., * Field Services
