 * Experience supporting Army ERP or logistics systems
 * Cloud development experience (AWS, Azure)

Through collaborative interactions with customers, team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical leaders, and partners we design practical solutions that solve real problems for major government and business organizations. As a member of our Technology Solutions group, you will work with a team of technologists focused on delivering innovative business solutions using emerging technologies through proven successful methods., IPTA is seeking an Applications Team Lead to lead software development and application support teams for Army enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), and experience managing Agile development teams in DoD environments., * Lead application development and support teams (10-20 personnel)

 * Manage full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment
 * Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and coach team members
 * Coordinate application releases and change management
 * Ensure application security and compliance with DoD standards
 * Collaborate with Government product owners on requirements and priorities
 * Manage application backlogs and sprint planning
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards compliance
 * Coordinate with DevSecOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
 * Track and report on application metrics and team performance
 * Identify and mitigate technical risks
 * Mentor and develop junior developers
