 * Microsoft Active Directory
 * Microsoft Exchange
 * Microsoft Office 365
 * Sharepoint Online
 * Email Spam Filtering service management /SEIM
 * Scripting and scheduling tasks
 * Workstation/Server maintenance
 * Network Troubleshooting, * Help Desk: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Technician fields all Help Desk inquiries (telephone calls, e-mails)
 * Technician creates the initial record of the request
 * Technician works with other Network Technicians to resolve inquiry
 * Recommend hardware and software improvements
 * Track customer issues and resolutions
