Capabilities you bring * Color vision sufficient to pass a color test with "Normal" results. * Ability to learn blueprint, schematic, and technical drawing interpretation. * Comfort reading safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedures. * Clear written communication for reports, forms, and correspondence. * Math fundamentals: proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office/quality software. * Measurement proficiency with required tools and equipment. * Practical problem-solving; follow instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form. * Ability to handle multi-variable issues in standardized situations. * Strong communication and positive teamwork with peers and supervisors. * Desire for ongoing training and skill development.
