 * Proven experience with enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
 * Strong knowledge of portfolio management, dependency management, and financial governance.
 * Certifications such as PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are required; additional certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, AI, or Agile transformation preferred.
