This role is designed to maintain recruiting momentum, enhance candidate experience, and ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline. This position follows a Wednesday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (ET) to capture applicant activity outside of traditional business hours and support recruiter readiness for the following day., * Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions. * Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria. * Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants promptly in accordance with hiring guidelines. * Maintain an efficient recruiting pipeline by moving candidates through each stage of the hiring process in a timely manner. * Prepare candidate summaries and support documentation for recruiter review for the following working day. * Ensure accurate and organized tracking of candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters). * Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and positive candidate experience. * Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, with a goal of scheduling within one business day whenever possible. * Assist with general recruiting efforts across multiple roles as needed. * Provide operational support to the Recruiting Manager to improve daily workflow efficiency.
