Work is performed remotely in coordination with TTI's in-house development team and in support of on-site contract operations at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Periodic travel to Holloman AFB may be required for system deployment, government IT coordination, and milestone demonstrations. Candidate must require no sponsorship now or at any time in the future. ## Description TechTrans International (TTI) is seeking an experienced Full-Time Contingent IT Lead and Project Manager to serve as the primary technical owner of the Online Workflow Management System (OWMS) supporting the Advanced Test and Logistics Support Services contract with the 704th Test Group at Holloman Air Force Base. This position is based in Houston, Texas and supports contract IT operations in coordination with TTI's in-house development team. The IT Lead/Project Manager is responsible for OWMS architecture, AFNET deployment, IL-4 to IL-5 FedRAMP migration planning and execution, system customization through Milestones 1-8, user account management, help desk escalation support, and CMMC Level 2 compliance maintenance.
