## About the Role

Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support, configure, and enhance their Oracle Cloud HCM environment, recently upgraded to Oracle Redwood. The ideal candidate is an independent worker with strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT., * At least 3 years of professional experience as an Oracle HR/HCM Systems Analyst or similar role

 * Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules
 * Experience with Oracle Redwood, or willingness/ability to work within a recently upgraded Redwood environment
 * Report building experience with tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
 * Integration experience with tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions
 * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

## Description

* Support, build, configure, and implement new functions within Oracle Cloud HCM
 * Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues across core HCM modules
 * Build and maintain reports using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
 * Design, build, and support integrations using tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC
 * Configure and maintain Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules
 * Assist with testing and validation following the Oracle Redwood upgrade
