You can draft copy that has a voice, not just filler * Highly organized with real attention to detail. Nothing slips through the cracks when you're on it * Comfortable being the point person with outside agencies and vendors * Self-starter who operates without a lot of oversight and knows when to ask questions Bonus Points * Interest in golf or familiarity with the golf and lifestyle apparel space * Basic design comfort in Figma or Photoshop for light asset requests * Experience running influencer seeding at a growing brand ## Description Bad Birdie is growing fast, and this role is the connective tissue that keeps the whole engine running. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing execution, vendor management, and product operations, with your hands on nearly every lever that drives revenue through our owned channels. One day you're in Impact sorting out an affiliate payout. The next you're sourcing influencers in Upfluence and getting seeding out the door. The day after that you're loading a new drop into Shopify, imagery, copy, and metafields all in place, and QA'ing it before it goes live. No two days look the same, and that's the point., * Product launches in Shopify are tight.
