## About the Role

* Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular fields.
 * Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
 * Ability to multi-task.
 * Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.
 * A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
 * Required certification in A+, with additional certification required in at least one of the following: Network +, Security +, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. Even without VCP, a basic understanding of VMWare is preferred.
 * Must be able to travel to our offices within and outside of DFW Metroplex.

Education: An Associates' Degree or equivalent and 4 + years of experience in the IT or related field.

Experience: 4 + years of IT, or related field, experience, * Required certification in A+, with additional certification required in at least one of the following: Network +, Security +, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. Even without VCP, a basic understanding of VMWare is preferred.

Requirements for Level II Status:

 * Intermediate experience (4+ years' experience) and/or acting more independently.
 * Takes on some additional duties to assist the office.
 * Strong and consistent performer.

Performance Requirements:

 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Proficient technical (computer) skills.
 * Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
 * Self-motivated with initiative.
 * Strong sense of ethics.
 * Ability to travel to office locations.
 * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds including carrying this amount of weight up flights of stairs.

## Description

Provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians., Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 * Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
 * Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
 * Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups.
 * Perform other duties as assigned
