 * US work authorization (incl. OPT/CPT eligible; visa sponsorship OK)

 * Portfolio includes a consumer / entertainment app with real polish
 * Uses AI tools (Midjourney, Lovable, v0) for prototyping or design iteration
 * Motion / micro-interaction design experience
 * Has shipped a design system or component library
