 * Discovery
 * Service Mapping
 * Event Management
 * Cloud Provisioning and Governance
 * Hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience

## Description

* Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions within the ITOM domain
 * Participate in the full delivery lifecycle, including:
 * Requirements analysis
 * Configuration
 * Development
 * Testing
 * Work as an embedded member of the customer-facing project team
 * Prepare and maintain regular time and progress reports
 * Contribute to workshops, demos, and proposal support activities
 * Follow customer processes, tools, and delivery practices
 * Provide monthly reporting on time spent and project progress
