 * Service Desk & IT Operations: Du kennst dich im Service-Desk-Umfeld aus und hast Erfahrung mit Ticket-, Support-, SLA- sowie IAM-Prozesse
 * Infrastruktur & Betrieb: Du bringst solides Know-how in klassischen Infrastruktur-Themen wie Netzwerk, Server, Virtualisierung, Workplace oder Patch-/Change-Management mit
 * Security & Stabilität: Du hast ein gutes allgemeines Verständnis für IT-Security-Themen wie Berechtigungen, Backup, Recovery oder Vulnerability Management
 * Dynamisches Umfeld: Du fühlst dich in mittelständischen, schnelllebigen oder wachstumsstarken Umfeldern wohl und arbeitest gerne pragmatisch statt hochpolitisch
 * Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst klar, strukturiert und bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
 * Standort & Flexibilität: Du arbeitest regelmäßig mit dem Team vor Ort in München zusammen und bist gelegentlich auch an unserem Standort in Kabelsketal

## Description

* Service Desk Weiterentwicklung: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team unseren modernen Service Desk weiter - inklusive sauberer Prozesse, Knowledge Management und perspektivischer Weiterentwicklung Richtung Jira
 * Hands-on Verantwortung: Du führst ein erfahrenes Team an zwei Standorten, unterstützt operativ im Tagesgeschäft, setzt klare Prioritäten und arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen
 * IT Operations Stabilität: Du sorgst für stabile Services durch gutes Monitoring, Incident- und Ticket-Steuerung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Tools
 * Infrastruktur Modernisierung: Du begleitest gemeinsam mit externen Partnern die Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerk-, WLAN- und Infrastruktur-Themen und unterstützt den Betrieb hybrider IT-Umgebungen
 * Schnittstellen & Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und Schwesterunternehmen zusammen und behältst sowohl Support- als auch Business-Anforderungen im Blick
