In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience is required. * Demonstrated prior experience administering JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. * Strong understanding of enterprise application and system architecture. * Experience supporting business-critical systems in a production environment. * Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications beyond JD Edwards is desirable. * Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft SQL server environments is desirable. * Oracle WebLogic or other enterprise web server experience is desirable. * Experience in manufacturing or enterprise ERP environments preferred. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. * Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks. * Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize work accordingly. * Self-manager of projects, deadlines, and time. * Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal. * Ability to provide occasional off-hours and on-call support for system maintenance, upgrades, or critical issue resolution., * Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer.
