## Description

We are supporting a high-performing enterprise Service Operations team that owns and enhances a broad ServiceNow ecosystem supporting multiple business functions and enterprise platforms. This position is focused on hands-on ServiceNow development and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, building integrations, and delivering automation at scale. This is not a ServiceNow administrator role; the work is heavily development-focused, with more than 90% of responsibilities centered around designing, building, enhancing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow solutions. The first major initiative will focus on modernizing HR onboarding and offboarding processes through workflow automation, system integrations, and improved employee lifecycle management.

 * Contribute to enterprise AI initiatives leveraging ServiceNow capabilities such as Now Assist and AI-driven workflows

 * Work across multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to changing business priorities
