## About the Role

* 10+ years of QA Automation experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
 * Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or NeoLoad.
 * Strong experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
 * Experience validating large-volume data migrations and data integrity.
 * Strong API testing experience using Postman or REST APIs.
 * Experience with SQL for backend data validation.
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Preferred Skills
 * Hospitality domain experience (Reservations, Property Management, Loyalty, Guest Experience).
 * Experience testing high-volume enterprise applications.
 * Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright, Performance Testing, and Salesforce application testing. The ideal candidate will have experience validating enterprise-scale Salesforce applications, testing high-volume transactions, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and reliability within a Hospitality environment., * Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

 * Execute functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
 * Perform load, stress, scalability, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
 * Validate large-scale data migration and data reconciliation across Salesforce environments.
 * Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
 * Identify defects, analyze root causes, and support production validation.
 * Participate in test planning, sprint activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
