This position is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career professional eager to build a portfolio by telling the stories of Illinois College student-athletes. Working closely with the Sports Information Director and the Office of Marketing and Communication, the Assistant Sports Information Director develops engaging written, video, and graphic content that enhances the visibility of Illinois College's varsity athletic programs through both traditional and digital communication platforms. The ideal candidate brings a team-first mindset with experience in sports content creation, an adaptability for emerging digital media trends and tools in collegiate athletics, and a passion for telling stories. Essential Functions The following list of duties is meant to be representative of the work performed in this position.
