In this role, you will lead the resolution of our most complex and ambiguous design challenges across our K-12 educational technology platforms. You will bring deep expertise in user-centered methodologies, large-scale user experience strategy, advanced visual design, and robust design systems, while mentoring team members and establishing high-quality design standards. The UX Design team is responsible for our design system and platform functionality, covering assignments, assessments, data visualizations, reporting dashboards, administrative and operations workflows, and AI-powered teaching and learning experiences across our K-12 educational products. What You'll Do * End-to-End Strategic Design: Lead and define the UX strategy and execution for high-impact, foundational product initiatives, scaling methodologies across our multi-product ecosystem as needs evolve. * User-Centered Advocacy & Leadership: Champion an unyielding human-centric approach across the organization. Mentor others in user advocacy, ensuring all high-level product decisions are deeply rooted in real user needs, validated usability principles, and systematic feedback loops. * Advanced AI Feature Design: Architect intuitive, trust-building experiences for complex AI-driven capabilities.
