## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
 * 0-3 years of design for manufacturing; experience with composite materials would be a plus.
 * Hands-on knowledge of composite processing, testing, and manufacturing equipment (preferred).
 * Experience with DOE, process development, and engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
 * Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to support global teams and travel up to 10%.

 * Lead new product development projects focused on performance, quality, cost, and sustainability.
 * Partner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring new technologies to market.
