Conflict resolution and team dynamics Product and value-driven delivery mindset Continuous improvement and learning culture Communication and influence across levels (High proficiency) * Epic experience * Agile-related certifications are a plus but not required * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. ## Description The Agile Coach is a senior-level facilitator and mentor responsible for guiding individuals, teams, and leaders across the Montefiore IT organization in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices. This role will be central to building a culture of agility and will require a blend of exceptional coaching skills, a deep knowledge of Agile principles, and technical expertise. The Agile Coach works closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Development team members, and senior leadership to implement Agile mindsets, promote cross-functional collaboration, and foster high-performing teams.
