 * 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Experience with software design, application development, testing, deployment, and production support in scalable environments.
 * Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing applications using modern programming languages and database technologies.
 * Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments and applying best practices for CI/CD, application reliability, resiliency, and security.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions., * Experience building and supporting cloud-native, distributed, or microservices-based applications.
 * Familiarity with modern technology domains such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile application development.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
 * Knowledge of performance optimization, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.
 * Ability to drive technical discussions, influence design decisions, and contribute to engineering best practices.
