## About the Role

* 5-10 years of Manual Testing experience.
 * Strong Pharmacy/Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) domain experience.
 * Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
 * Ability to create, track, and manage defects.
 * Experience participating in and driving defect triage discussions., * Experience working with Healthcare or Health Insurance clients.
 * Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
 * Exposure to API testing and backend validations.
 * ISTQB Certification or relevant QA certifications preferred.

Skills:

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification And Education:

 * Strong experience in Manual Testing methodologies and best practices.
 * Experience in Test Planning, Test Case Creation, Test Execution, and Test Reporting.
 * Expertise in Defect Lifecycle Management and Root Cause Analysis.
 * Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation is preferred.

## Description

* Analyze business and functional requirements related to Pharmacy and PBM applications.
 * Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
 * Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
 * Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Participate in defect triage meetings and drive discussions to ensure timely resolution of issues.
 * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate functionality.
 * Validate end-to-end Pharmacy/PBM business processes and workflows.
 * Maintain testing documentation, test evidence, and defect reports.
 * Provide regular status updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
 * Support production validation and post-release testing activities.
