Join our team and start your journey today!, * University degree in Refrigeration/HVAC/electronic control systems or equivalent in Engineering. * Five (5) years of experience in Oil Free Centrifugal (OFC) performance test, OFC compressor, chiller and air-conditioning industry experience. * Excellent hands-on technical knowledge of Oil Free Centrifugal (OFC) compressors including control algorithm, system design, electrical systems including inverter driver, controllers and trouble shooting. * A strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role. * Good written and oral in Korean Language (English language skill is an added advantage). * Solid computer skills including MS Office, Internet software, E-mail, Windows. * Excellent spreadsheet knowledge required. * Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills. * Attention to detail and an eye for errors. * Able to communicate with all levels within the organization. * Able to learn and work independently, whilst still working as an integral part of the team. * Mandarin language is an added advantage. ## Description * Acquire and maintain proficiency in all Copeland Oil Free Centrifugal (OFC) compressor products, solutions and services, particularly system design and operation. * Provide application support to all OEMs, wholesalers and end users * Provide technical support to customers and respond to telephone and e-mail technical inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. * Visit sites as required to review systems and diagnose problems. * Organize training material and conduct technical seminars on product application and installation in conjunction with local team and overseas visitors. * Ensure that customers are aware of key points in all new applications.
