Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated experience with data modeling, workflow design, and configuration of roles, permissions, and access controls aligned with organizational governance requirements. * Experience integrating ServiceNow data with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions. * Experience designing solutions that support client self-sufficiency, including documentation, user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer. * ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and SPM/ITBM or IT Financial Management Implementation Specialist credentials. * Experience coordinating with multiple vendors in a shared or enterprise ServiceNow environment. * Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into governance, portfolio, and financial management workflows. * Experience supporting a federal agency, financial institution, or financial regulatory organization. * Experience working within complex governance, portfolio management, or technology modernization environments. ## Description We're looking for a ServiceNow SPM/ITFM Solution Architect to help our federal client maximize the value of its ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll design and configure Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Financial Management capabilities, streamline governance and investment processes, and deliver reporting and AI-enabled insights that support better decision-making.
