## About the Role

We're looking for a developer who enjoys solving business problems, writing clean code, and working extensively with SQL Server. If you like building applications that make a measurable impact every day, we'd love to talk with you., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * Professional experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET
 * Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including:
 + Complex queries
 + Stored procedures
 + Views
 + Functions
 + Database design fundamentals
 * Experience debugging and maintaining existing applications
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members

Preferred

 * Experience with WinForms or WPF desktop applications
 * Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools
 * Familiarity with Entity Framework
 * Experience optimizing SQL performance
 * Experience integrating third-party APIs
 * Exposure to OCR, document automation, or AI technologies is a plus, * C#
 * VB.NET
 * Visual Studio
 * Microsoft SQL Server
 * T-SQL
 * Windows Desktop Applications (WinForms/WPF), This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys spending a significant portion of their time working with SQL Server and business applications-not just writing application code. ## Description

As a Software Developer, you'll build and enhance the internal applications used throughout our organization.

Your work will include:

 * Developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C# and VB.NET
 * Writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
 * Designing and improving reports that help drive business decisions
 * Working with large datasets to improve performance and usability
 * Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
 * Troubleshooting application and database issues
 * Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards and best practices
 * Contributing ideas that improve existing applications and processes
