## Description

JD Edwards Support Analyst is a frontline IT professional that is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and functional support for JD Edwards ERP systems. They are a core team member to help ensure that JD Edwards systems are operational, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals, combining technical troubleshooting with user support and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

 * Tier 1-2 Support: Manage incoming calls, help tickets, and user inquiries for JD Edwards
 * Troubleshooting: Resolve access, navigation, configuration, and transaction issues (e.g., stuck orders, vouchers, receipts)
 * Collaboration: Work with JDE system administrators, developers, business users and IT leadership to escalate and resolve complex issues
 * User Management: Perform account setup, role/security changes, and password resets
 * Metrics & Reporting: Track support performance, create reports using ReportsNow
 * Documentation & Training: Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials; conduct 1-on-1 or group training sessions
 * Testing Support: Assist with UAT, regression testing, and validation of system updates
